Encore Music Collective Reception DJ Giveaway
Prize Value: $1,650 AUD

By entering the Encore Music Collective Wedding DJ Giveaway, entrants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. promoter

The promoter is Encore Music Collective (“the Promoter”).

The promotion is conducted via the Encore Music Collective Instagram account, @encoremusiccollective.

2. promotion period

The promotion commences when the official Wedding DJ Giveaway post is published on the Encore Music Collective Instagram account.

Entries close at 11:59pm ACST on Wednesday, 26 August 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

3. eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are planning a wedding to be held in South Australia.

The prize must be used for a wedding reception taking place in South Australia.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Encore Music Collective are not eligible to enter.

The winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements at the time the prize is awarded.

4. how to enter

To receive a valid entry, entrants must:

  1. Follow @encoremusiccollective on Instagram; and

  2. Tag another genuine Instagram account in the comments of the official Wedding DJ Giveaway post.

Entrants must continue to follow @encoremusiccollective at the time the promotion closes and when the winner is drawn.

Multiple entries are permitted. Each separate comment tagging a different genuine Instagram account will constitute one additional entry.

Duplicate comments tagging the same account, tags of fake, inactive, spam or automated accounts, or entries generated using automated services may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.

There is no purchase required to enter.

5. the prize

One eligible entrant will win an Encore Music Collective Reception DJ Package valued at $1,650 AUD.

The Reception DJ Package includes DJ services for the winner's wedding reception, including:

  • Bridal Party Entrance music

  • First Dance music

  • Ambient and background music throughout the reception

  • Dance floor music

  • Final song of the evening

The package covers Encore Music Collective's standard Reception DJ service only.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, the prize does not include additional services or upgrades including ceremony music, live musicians, MC services, additional performance hours, premium lighting packages, additional production requirements, travel or accommodation expenses outside Encore Music Collective's standard service area, or other optional extras.

Any additional services requested by the winner may be purchased separately and will be subject to availability and Encore Music Collective's standard pricing.

6. wedding date + availability

The prize is subject to Encore Music Collective's availability on the winner's wedding date.

The winner must provide their wedding date and venue details when claiming the prize.

If Encore Music Collective is already booked or otherwise unavailable on the winner's wedding date, the prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Where possible, Encore Music Collective will work with the winner to determine whether an alternative arrangement is available.

If the prize cannot reasonably be fulfilled because Encore Music Collective is unavailable on the winner's wedding date, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

The prize must be used within 24 months of the draw date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Encore Music Collective.

7. prize conditions

The prize:

  • is valued at $1,650 AUD;

  • is not redeemable for cash;

  • cannot be sold or exchanged;

  • cannot be transferred to another person without the prior written approval of Encore Music Collective; and

  • cannot be combined with another promotional offer unless agreed by Encore Music Collective.

The prize cannot be retrospectively applied to services that have already been completed or amounts that have already been paid, unless otherwise agreed by Encore Music Collective.

Any costs incurred in connection with the wedding or use of the prize that are not expressly included in the Reception DJ Package are the responsibility of the winner.

8. winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries.

The draw will take place at approximately 12:00pm ACST on Thursday, 27 August 2026 at the Promoter's place of business in Adelaide, South Australia.

The draw will be conducted under the supervision of the Promoter.

The winner does not need to be present at the draw.

9. winner notification

The winner will be contacted directly by Encore Music Collective via the official Instagram account @encoremusiccollective.

Encore Music Collective will never request payment, credit card details or banking information in order for a winner to claim this prize.

The winner may also be announced through Encore Music Collective's Instagram account and/or website.

For the purposes of publishing the promotion results, the winner may be required to provide their surname and postcode.

For a prize valued above $250, the winner's first initial, surname and postcode will be published on the Encore Music Collective website within 30 days of the draw.

10. claiming the prize

The winner must respond to Encore Music Collective and claim the prize within 14 days of being notified.

The winner may be asked to provide information reasonably required to verify their eligibility, including their name, age, wedding date, wedding venue and postcode.

If the winner:

  • does not claim the prize within 14 days;

  • cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;

  • does not meet the eligibility requirements;

  • provides false or misleading information; or

  • is unable to redeem the prize in accordance with these Terms & Conditions,

the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.

11. redraw

Where a redraw is required, a new winner will be selected at random from all remaining valid and eligible entries.

The replacement winner will be contacted by Encore Music Collective and will be subject to the same eligibility and prize requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

12. instagram

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering this promotion, each entrant acknowledges that the promotion is being administered by Encore Music Collective and not by Instagram or Meta.

Each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from any liability arising from or in connection with the promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

Entrants must comply with Instagram's applicable terms, policies and community standards.

13. invalid entries

Encore Music Collective reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

The Promoter may disqualify an entrant where it reasonably believes that the entrant has:

  • tampered with the entry process;

  • submitted fraudulent, automated or misleading entries;

  • used fake or duplicate accounts;

  • provided incorrect information;

  • breached these Terms & Conditions; or

  • engaged in conduct intended to unfairly influence the outcome of the promotion.

14. changes or cancellation

If circumstances beyond Encore Music Collective's reasonable control prevent the promotion or prize from proceeding as intended, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

Where the advertised prize cannot be supplied due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, Encore Music Collective will endeavour to provide an appropriate alternative arrangement, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.

15. privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, arranging the prize and complying with any applicable legal requirements.

Information will not be added to marketing databases solely as a result of entering the giveaway unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications.

Winner information may be published where required for the administration of the promotion.

16. acceptance of terms

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the promotion, eligibility of entries and selection of the winner are final, subject to applicable law.
